Great for travelling. My wee girl is just 2 half and a bit too young to understand the games but still loves it.0 people voted this review as helpful and 0 people voted this review as unhelpful.
Fab Toy - favourite Christmas pressie

Great toy - my 5 year and 3 year old spends hours playing on this and thanks to the fact we have the 'bigger' system (Vtech Vsmile) we have plenty of games to keep them amused. Great for car journeys and keeping them amused when you want quiet time (Coffee shop or pub!!)and at 50% off when I bought a real bargain!!0 people voted this review as helpful and 0 people voted this review as unhelpful.

This toy has been so much fun, my nearly 5 year old daughter had it for Chritmas last year and has played with it so much, yes it eats batteries but so do all these types of toy,we just bought two sets of rechargable batteries and always have one set on charge, problem fixed, you can also use the mains charger if you are in the house,it is educational and fun and it gives audio instructions so no need to sit and read her the instructions as i need to do when she plays with the DS i would recommend this toy highly.0 people voted this review as helpful and 0 people voted this review as unhelpful.

My daughter loves it!!!!
Russell21 from UK - 5 out of 5.
We bought this for our 3 1/2 year old daughter as an alternative to a DS which she is too young for. She absolutley loves it and calls it her DS. We bought a few extra games which she is enjoying playing. Overall I think this product is great for the younger child.0 people voted this review as helpful and 0 people voted this review as unhelpful.

I bought this for my severley autistic daughter who has played with it every day, and would highly recommend this for education value as well as bright and easy to control buttons. there are a very wide range of games for this console. On the whole it is exeptional good value for money, but I recommend you purchase the plug adapter as it is very juicy on batterries.0 people voted this review as helpful and 0 people voted this review as unhelpful.
DON'T DISAPPOINT SOMEONE FOR CHRISTMAS!
C. Otey from Barcelona, Spain - 1 out of 5.
I must first admit that I have no idea as to whether this is a good toy or not as it has not yet arrived. I am writing, however, to warn potential buyers (as the product is still listed as being "in stock"!) that I ordered this item as a Christmas gift on 29 Nov., only 2 days after receiving Amazon's promotional e-mail. Estimated delivery date: 3 Dec. I subsequently received an e-mail changing that estimated delivery date to 17 Dec. and TODAY received notification that that had been changed again to 14 Jan. - 1 Feb. This means that one very sweet 4-year-old girl is going to be extremely disappointed on Christmas day, especially as her other gifts are associated VTech games.0 people voted this review as helpful and 1 people voted this review as unhelpful.
Chance to last for a good few years
N. Thompson from England - 5 out of 5.
We bought this for my daughter's 4th birthday in August. She immediately loved it but found some of the parts of the game quite difficult and needed help on each screen. 3 months on she loves it, she can do most screens on her own and loves the brick builder games where you "write" the letters using the pen and making cakes and dresses for the princess. She has now mastered most games but still find them challenging and stretching. She is learning lots of things and there are more levels for her to master as she gets older. She is now asking for more games for Christmas and I think the toy has a chance to be around for a while to come yet!

Bought this gift for my 5 year old daughter. It is a waste of money, she never plays with it which is a good thing considering it is not rechargable and costs a fortune in batteries. Far better to buy a nintendo ds.6 people voted this review as helpful and 5 people voted this review as unhelpful.
v tech cyber pocket, a loved machine

I bought this for my four year old daughter for her birthday, she already has the vsmile console and some games so this portable version is great. She loves to play it and its improving her hand eye co-ordination and she learns from the games too. It is a sturdy machine as its been dropped a few times and our floors are wooden. Overall a good machine for the younger age range.9 people voted this review as helpful and 0 people voted this review as unhelpful.
Great educational to
Carl A. Pheasant from London - 5 out of 5.
My daughter, whilst playing the games, said to me "I love this game Daddy". This that says it all from the child's perspective. From my perspective it uses the same cartridges as the TV console game and the game teaches numbers and letters amongst other things by stealth. Must be good and I am sure my daughter (who is a native Danish speaker) is improving her English.

A fun present for a 4 year old
BusyMum - 4 out of 5.
I bought this for my 4 1/2 year old daughter for xmas and she loves it. So far she has only played the Cinderella games it came with but there is quite a variety of different games which are easy to understand (once we had explained them the first time, she could remember how to play them herself). They are quite educational and the Princess theme is a big hit. It is great for car and plane journeys or as a good alternative to tv.16 people voted this review as helpful and 0 people voted this review as unhelpful.
