Lightening McQueen laptop

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew who has developed a fascination for cars as well as Lightening McQueen. Although quite an expensive toy it is well woth te long term value - it's well made and very robust and highly interactive. My nephew plays with it constantly and from an adults perspective can only hope he learns well in the long run but for anybody thinking about buying this item if your child likes cars or is into Lightening McQueen I don't think you cn go much wrong here.0 people voted this review as helpful and 0 people voted this review as unhelpful.
its not really is worth the price

I thought it will keep my 3 year old girl and boy occuppied and excited but it didn't really.I don't mind as the boy loves the car games though.

Good laptop

Bought this for my grandson's third birthday. He is Lightning McQueen mad so was thrilled with the appearance. He is used to using his parent's laptop so was very confident with using it. I bought this item for my grandson for his 3rd birthday. He is highly intelligent and very active [not always carefully active either!] and he absolutely loves it. Screen too small

Disappointing

I ordered this for my son's 4th birthday, it arrived the day before but when I opened it I was seriously disappointed. He would have loved the look of the laptop, with its car design, but unfortunately he hasn't had the chance to see it as I've already packaged it up for return. The exterior design and the qwerty keyboard were not enough to make up for the terrible screen which is ridiculously small and black graphics which are barely visible in most lights. The games weren't educationally relevant for a child his age and the voice is american - I suppose in keeping with the disney film but still annoying.7 people voted this review as helpful and 3 people voted this review as unhelpful.

I bought this for my son who's nearly 3 and one for a present for his friend. My son loves it and it's a brilliant, educational 1st laptop with so many excellent learning games along with a "QWERTY" keyboard (that sold it to me!) to get them use to a normal computer/keyboard. This has proved to be an excellent toy both for my 3 yr old who we got it for and his 9 yr old brother who passes over his DS and Playstation to get hold of it!!! Guess part of the draw is because it's "not his" but there is such a good range of games and activities that neither child gets bored - also stands up to the less than gentle "fights" over whose turn it is so expect this to be a much loved long term favourite which makes it excellent value for money too.
