VTech Company History
VTech has been around for quite a while and has become one of the largest companies to produce educational learning products for the masses. Not only that, but VTech is also one of the worlds leading pioneers in telecommunications.

1978 - During this year, VTech released its very first product; a portable game that used only a single chip processor. This fundamentally became the foundation of the production of their electronic learning games which, until today, are still at the top of every parents list for their children.
1991 - This is the year when VTech took a big step into the telecommunications market by releasing the very first fully digital cordless phone in the United States. Because of this, they have continued to better themselves in their telecommunications prowess and have been releasing products that have secured a foothold in the telecommunication industry. Also, because of this, VTech has become one of the top suppliers of cordless or corded phones to telecommunication companies throughout the world.
2004 - Vtech released the V.Smile TV Learning System which won multiple awards and was deemed the best electronic learning product they have ever made and until now, is still being used by children all over the world. Also, even after its release, the V.Smile console and cartridges still kept their reputation as one of the most in demand leaning systems which since their first release of Lesson One, their very first electronic learning product in 1980.
